The principal responsible body of the UClub is its Board.

The UClub Board consists of representative members from all the OSU Colleges, the President’s Office; OSU Emeritus Faculty and Staff; and OSU Alumni Association; as well as a number of members at-large. Board members, other than those in the presidential succession, serve staggered two-year terms.
